
Often in therapy, clients ask themselves questions for the first time;
A
- what do i need?
- what do I experience in relation to others?
- what I feel?
- How do I know, and then I know that I feel love, anger, frustration
- learn to discover hidden feelings behind certain symptoms, e.g. anger behind headache or stomachache, sadness and frustration under anger.
- for some it is difficult to say help me,
- for others, I need you to need me
- still others discover their power and agency

When I am alone with myself - I am limited only to the knowledge I amassed, experience, and often a clichéd, schematic view of the world around me.

There is an exchange in the relationship with another person. It is at the border between me and you that I find out who I am. It is at this border that contact occurs. This is where the miracle of life comes about. Because life is a constant exchange.
