I am a Certified Gestalt Psychotherapist, EMDR Psychotherapist, EMCC Trainer and Coach. I also have a "Nutritionist MCO" diploma, which can be translated as a specialist in the treatment of diet and micronutrients in complementary medicine.

In therapy, I am guided by a holistic approach to man, his connection with nature and energy flows. I believe that every organism strives to achieve homeostasis, which is a balance that I understand as a state of physical, emotional or spiritual health. If, however, as a result of external factors, this state is disturbed and internal resources are exhausted, the disease begins. It can manifest itself in all spheres of existence; in an illness of the body, in emotional suffering or in a spiritual crisis.

The goal of therapy is to restore the body's natural ability to return to homeostasis; regaining life energy, a sense of fulfillment, a deeper meaning or joy of life.
The approach to psychotherapy
In psychotherapeutic work, I am convinced that each of us has the ability to create a happy and satisfying life.

The way to do this is by expanding awareness of how I function in the world, what I do, how I do it, what serves and what does not, and learning about my resources and limitations.

I believe that making informed choices gives a sense of freedom and agency. It allows you to regain control over life and become its creator.
