What we eat has a significant impact not only on our taste sensations, satisfaction of hunger or weight, but above all on our physical and mental health. The amount, quality and type of products that we eat throughout our lives determine how we age, whether and what diseases we get, as well as our mental health and intellectual performance.

After it, the disease begins, first the body's ability to regain its own balance is disturbed. Our bodies are constantly exposed to the effects of toxins. We absorb them from the air, from food, along with consumed fluids, and also through the skin. Some of the toxins are also produced endogenously, i.e. inside us. This process increases with the weakening of the detoxification functions of the liver. In order for us to enjoy health and vitality, toxins must be efficiently broken down and eliminated. However, when the body loses its ability to get rid of toxins, we begin to poison slowly but systematically.

The modern diet is characterized by the predominance of highly processed foods, which contain numerous preservatives, trans fats, sugar, as well as pesticides and other harmful chemicals, while devoid of fiber and low in valuable ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes or healthy fats, especially from the omega 3 group. As a result, over time in our body, numerous bad substances are formed, and at the same time toxins and pathogens are deposited in it. This disrupts the operation of a number of biochemical processes, and thus regeneration, both at the cellular level and at the level of individual organs, and finally at the level of the entire organism.

Nutrition therapy is aimed at removing the cause of the disease. Therefore, it focuses on rebuilding the body's repair powers by eliminating deficiencies, curing inflammation and proper nutrition through the selection of an appropriate diet, supplements and herbs, and the elimination of harmful foods. The basis of therapy is an individual approach to each person, taking into account their unique situation, nutritional status or genetic predisposition. Nutrition therapy does not replace traditional treatment, it complements it.
