Psychotherapy is a process that aims to heal. The therapist is responsible for creating a safe space in which the client will be able to see himself more realistically, learn different things about himself that will help him understand himself better. They will have the opportunity to learn about their motives , how they function and feel in different situations, as well as the causes of their suffering. Thanks to this, his unconscious conflicts and drives that have so far pushed him towards various activities will be brought to light. The client acquires insight into his situation and thus can consciously start to decide about his life.

Only by getting to know myself can I consciously change myself. I change to become fully myself.
