1. All online services I provide; Psychotherapy, Coaching, Nutrition Therapy, Integrated Approach to Health require booking via the booking form and payment.

3. An agreed session may be canceled or postponed to another day no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date and then the fee may be returned or credited towards the session at a later date. Sessions not canceled or canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

4. The psychotherapist / therapist is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding all information acquired in connection with the performance of psychotherapy.

5. There must be no third parties in the room where psychotherapy takes place (both in the psychotherapist's and the client's office). It is possible to include other people in psychotherapy or consultations, e.g. a partner, but only after consultation with the therapist.

6. It is not possible to record a session without the written consent of both Parties.

7. The therapist is obliged to supervise the sessions with the client. However, each time it protects the identity of the customer, and the content disclosed by him cannot in any way cause identification of the customer.
8. In the event of a suspected threat to the life of the Client or third parties, the Therapist may waive the confidentiality rule in order to protect the life and health of people at risk.

9. If there are circumstances limiting confidentiality, the Psychotherapist informs the Client / Patient about it before the commencement of professional activities and when necessary.

10. As part of the services provided, the psychotherapist / therapist may collect information on the course of his Psychotherapy / Therapy / Coaching and which is necessary for their performance in accordance with Professional Ethics.
