It is an offer addressed to people who are interested in improving their health.

Changing lifestyle habits is often difficult. Despite great will, motivation and the theory of how we would like to live, we do not always manage to stick to our decisions.

If you are trying to change once and your previous attempts have failed, you have interrupted your plan, or you have returned to old habits after a short motivation, it may be time for you to take advantage of professional help.

as part of health coaching, I will help you in;

- identifying obstacles that are blocking change

- finding a way to remove or neutralize these obstacles

- looking for motivation that will help you get through difficult moments

- creating a real change plan, tailored to your abilities

- definition of milestones as well as measurable and achievable goals

- looking for sources of support

Health Coaching can also be combined with nutritional therapy.

About 10 meetings. Duration of one session from 60 minutes to 1.5 hours.
