Has psychological knowledge and knowledge of the therapeutic process. He gains the necessary experience and works under the supervision of a Supervisor (i.e. a more experienced therapist) to ensure that his work is of the highest quality. It is present enough in the report that the client feels safe and can open up. At the same time, it leaves room for him to explore, experience new situations and look for solutions. It shows him his perspective of a given situation and provokes him to new discoveries.

The therapist creates a space in which contact can occur - safe, giving hope. And a relationship is built up step by step. It is a dialogic relationship, based on mutual respect, respect for the phenomenon of the client and therapist. Thanks to this relationship, the client will be able to experience a different existence with another person than before, try out different ways of functioning and decide which of them he wants to keep and which to abandon.

The therapist is responsible for the process, gives his experience, attention, asking questions and listening carefully, as well as sharing his observations, experiences and emotions, helps the client find the way to his hidden potential and his own definition of happiness, needs, and ways to satisfy them.
